LOVE NOTIFICATION

‘VALENTINE’S LOVE ALERT FLASH MOB’

With this project, we had the opportunity to organize Valentine’s performance campaign for Paragon Department Store. We enjoyed the work so much. We have to give credit to the Department Store’s marketing team for aspiration to create new customer experience. The idea was to create a love notification service for couples. Customers can book the service in advance and bring their significant other to drop surprise on at the Department Store on Valentine’s.

We simulated phone Notification Alert in real performance. The challenge for this was that we had to impromptu and made sure to maintain element of surprise.

We had a marching band with 4 instruments. The singer had to sing live while dancing with dancers and street performers. We used over 12 actors and 10 team staff (creative team, producer and art crew). Everyone gave a hundred percent to this performance and we had spent 100 hours rehearsing to create this exciting vibe for Bangkok residents. We believed the Thais are as good and capable of bringing joy as any other teams in other countries.

Art direction for this performance is similar to Notification on social media. Cute or sweet love messages were created and delivered to couples to notify each other in a more fun and creative way, as the Thais are known to be straight forward with their feelings and not afraid to say the L word out loud.

We had great fun doing this work because of the positive feedbacks from couples that used the service as well as the actors and team members. Love was passed around, putting smile on everyone’s face. We felt overwhelmed and could only say love really made the world a beautiful place ^^
