Sunday Store is a brand that is perfect for “busy people” and this was probably why we fell easier for the product. The brand owner, Khun Jubjib, Suthamma Charoenchasri gave us the opportunity to work on the online communication for brand and product launch. We were responsible for online communication plan to execution.

The instructional video for OXY BABY Cleanser was the first media piece we produced. We came up with a concept, put it on a storyboard and picked influencers suitable for the brand character.

The art direction of the video was clean and modern, fit for 2019 Bangkokians. The atmosphere on the shoot was great fun. Everyone contributed their thoughts on gestures and wordings because we all tried the products and that gave us real users’ insights. That was why we wanted to communicate to audience and get them to know the product like we did.

The next task was not any easier. We had to send product sample to 200 micro-influencers. This was not simple; we had clear criteria in selecting them. These people were friends, siblings, company employees, lash-extension addict, or even mothers who were so busy taking care of their children. We did not set any rule on how these influencers talk or post. We let them try the product and create their own post content to make sure it came out as real and natural as possible. The feedbacks were terrific. Number of followers significantly increased, everyday there were orders through Line for many bottles per day. We couldn’t wipe smile of our customer’s face.

The most important thing for this campaign was connection. Usually we believe word of mouth of persons close to us (especially when it comes to cosmetic and skincare) and this campaign showed us that Studio 7540 had strong networks that reached all target groups of the brand.
