UP

In 2020, we had an opportunity to work with PTTGC on an internal communication project for the organization. The main challenge of that work was the size of the target group, which was 5,000 people who work in different levels of the organization and in two offices: the headquarters and the Rayong plant. We had to make sure that the message got across to each and every person.

The message we were trying to communicate was mainly about cybersecurity and their completely new internal company application that no one had used before “UP”. UP, an application that provide various up-skill course for their employee such as presentation skill, language skill, creative thinking skill and etc.
One of the key performance indicators was everyone in organization must know about this new application and understand cybersecurity.

We can say that our task was to simplify complicated topics and make them more relatable to everyone. To do that, we came up with new forms of communication which the organization has not tried before such as VDO clips, instructional live streaming, infographic and other new channels of communication. We worked closely with the team from PTTGC to ensure that the information was correct and precise.

In the end, we were very satisfied with the result. We have met the downloading target of the new application. Regarding messages about cybersecurity and other communications, we can see from the analytics of the website that the traffic is higher every time we release our new content. Our client was also extremely satisfied with the outcome.
